TIPS AND TRICKS
1. Scrub: Use a gentle sugar scrub to exfoliate the lips, remove any excessive dry skin.
2. Line the lips with our highly pigmented Lipline Extreme Lip Pencil.
3. Apply a thin layer of locked in liquid lipstick and let it set.
4. Let the lipstick dry for at least 15 seconds before applying the second layer. The shade appearance may vary based on skin tone.
SUGGESTED DIRECTIONS
